The Gullah Celebration has been a tradition in Hilton Head for over 20 years. This celebration throughout the month of February showcases the rich cultural history of the descendants of the West Africans that were brought to the islands of South Carolina and Georgia in bondage. The Gullah Celebration features many cultural events all month long that highlight the Gullah culture and history. Events in the celebration include “Arts Ob We People Annual Art Exhibition and Sale,” “Taste of Gullah,” Arts, Crafts, and Food Expo, Gullah Gospel Music Series, the Sweetheart Ball with Deas Guyz, and so much more!
2. Chamber Restaurant Week: February 3-9

If you’re a foodie, then you’ll need to plan a trip to Hilton Head February 3rd-9th because it’s 2020 Chamber Restaurant Week. Restaurants in Hilton Head and Bluffton are offering specially-priced or prix-fixe menus, signature dishes, new entrees, and old favorites. All in all, if you've been thinking about checking out Hilton Head's restaurant scene, this is the perfect time to visit.
3. Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival: February 24-March 1

The Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival is a fun week-long event your whole family will love. Enjoy an incredible week full of delicious seafood. This wonderful culinary and cultural tourism event features top chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, local seafood, artisans, live music, and wildlife. Moreover, the Hilton Head Island Seafood Festival is hosted by the David M. Carmines Memorial Foundation, which is a non-profit organization helps raise money for other non-profit organizations in the area.
4. Hilton Head Island Wine & Food Festival: March 9-15

The Hilton Head Island Wine & Food Festival is one of the fun annual events in Hilton Head that features signature Lowcountry cuisine, amazing global wine partnerships, and a lively atmosphere. Additionally, the Hilton Head Island Wine & Food Festival is celebrating its 35th anniversary at The Sea Pines Resort this year.
