Palmetto Running Company and Go Tri Sports present the 5th Annual Hilton Head Memorial Day Run & Walk through one of the most scenic courses in the country. This race is the perfect way to show your thanks this Memorial Day because it's actually a fundraiser for the Lowcountry Foundation for Wounded Military Heroes. Deck yourself out in red, white, and blue for a chance to win the patriotic costume contest. Don't forget to sign up by Sunday, May 26th, though because there won't be same-day race registration!
Hilton Head Art Festival

Memorial Day Remembrance
Celebrate Memorial Day by attending the Memorial Day Remembrance Celebration at Shelter Cove Veteran's Memorial Park featuring guest speaker Col. Cesar Rodriguez of Marine Corps. There will be a special performance by the Hilton Head Choral Society and Hilton Head NJROTC will present the colors. The event is free and open to the public at 10:30 am on Memorial Day.
Annual Sandbox at the Stables Fundraiser

Admission is $5 a person and tickets for activities and concessions are $1, although some activities are free. Additionally, your kids will love all the fun activities including the craft projects, inflatable water slides, bounce houses, mini train rides, pony rides, face painting, and a visit from Captain Jack Sparrow.
